Cardio Barre

Cardio Barre is an upbeat, high energy barre class that combines traditional, lightweight barre exercises with non-stop, fat burning, metabolic movements. Think tiny, pulsing lunges to tone and strengthen the muscles in the legs, thighs and glutes paired with flowy and stretchy calisthenics. The class will be set to upliting, high energy pop and house beats! 
 
About the Instructor 
Rob Arpin has been a fitness instructor in central CT for nearly a decade. He is certified in Barre, Insanity and Trampoline formats and is also a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. Rob believes that all exercise are best done together and in flow. He looks at each class as an opportunity for participants to get closer to the highest and best version of themselves. By day, Rob serves as a kindergarten teacher for the Middletown Public Schools where he seamlessly integrates, yoga, mindfulness and movement into classroom activities. He is extremely passionate about his music and sets his workouts to uplifting beats that energize and motivate participants. He loves to laugh and brings contagious energy to every class.
