Power Yoga - This Yoga class will focus on building strength and Endurance

Mat Pilates - This class will focus on lengthening the spine, stabilizing the core, improving posture and strengthening the whole body.

All Levels Yoga - This is a slow-paced class that will focus on the flow between postures. 

Aerobic Pilates - A low impact old-school aerobics class mixed with standing and Mat Pilates we will sweat while listening to great music!

Gentle Yoga - A gentle yoga class with a focus on back care. We will include breath work, meditation and relaxation.
