shoulders, quads and glutes and really get you

ready for that Turkey Dinner!

Day 2: 25 seconds 

Day 3: 30 seconds 

Day 4: 35 seconds 

Day 5: 40 seconds 

Day 6: 45 seconds 

Day 7: 50 seconds 

Day 8: Rest  

Day 9: 1 minute  

Day 10: 1 minute   5 seconds 

Day 11: 1 minute   10 seconds 

Day 12: 1 minute   15 seconds 

Day 13: 1 minute   20 seconds 

Day 14: 1 minute   25 seconds 

Day 15: 1 minute   30 seconds 

Day 16: Rest

Day 17: 1 minute   40 seconds 

Day 18: 1 minute  45 seconds 

Day 19: 1 minute   50 seconds
